Narrative:
We were told to cross an intersection at 7000 ft. Right before we got there, the copilot reduced the rate of descent on the autoplt. I didn't notice and we were high over the intersection.

Title: A B737-200 FO REDUCES THE RATE OF DSCNT PRIOR TO THE CLRED TO INTXN AND DOESN'T MAKE THE ALT XING RESTR AS GIVEN BY ATC.
Narrative: WE WERE TOLD TO CROSS AN INTXN AT 7000 FT. RIGHT BEFORE WE GOT THERE, THE COPLT REDUCED THE RATE OF DSCNT ON THE AUTOPLT. I DIDN'T NOTICE AND WE WERE HIGH OVER THE INTXN.
