Narrative:

Removed and reinstalled #1 engine fan blades for accomplishing lube. I was told 2 days later that #1 engine had a vibration problem and that upon removal of the blades to accomplish a second blade lube it was discovered that one of the dampeners was missing. I don't know how this could have happened, as I looked into the cart at least 3 times with my flashlight to make sure all parts were installed and none left out. 2 mechanics accomplished the blade removal and installation. 1 in the inlet and 1 outside. I was the one outside handing parts to the mechanic in the inlet. It was dark and raining hard, maybe I missed something. But I don't think that I did. I believe the corrective action was to install the missing dampener.
