Narrative:
Management wanted aircraft positioned in lga. Previous dispatcher released flight sea-lga in violation of maximum 1500 ft SM operating limit into/out of lga. Released part 91. We diverted flight to dtw once I came on duty. Flight was over far at this time.

Title: A DISPATCHER RPT ON THE DISPATCH OF AN ACR ACFT FOR A POSITIONING FLT FROM SEA TO LGA. DISPATCHER CLAIMS THAT THE ORIGINAL DISPATCH UNDER PART 91 VIOLATED THE RESTR OF 1500 MI FROM THE DEP TO DEST ARPT.
Narrative: MGMNT WANTED ACFT POSITIONED IN LGA. PREVIOUS DISPATCHER RELEASED FLT SEA-LGA IN VIOLATION OF MAX 1500 FT SM OPERATING LIMIT INTO/OUT OF LGA. RELEASED PART 91. WE DIVERTED FLT TO DTW ONCE I CAME ON DUTY. FLT WAS OVER FAR AT THIS TIME.
