Narrative:

Clearance given to cross ridgy (eno 226 degree radial 22 DME) at FL240, while on rbv 1 arrival to ewr over pxt at FL330. First officer (PNF) had #2 VOR tuned to pxt 046 degree radial and captain (PF) selected, inadvertently, ood VOR versus eno VOR 226 degree radial and computed descent based on ood VOR DME. At eno 226 degree radial, 18 DME, first officer recognized error, retuned #1 VOR to eno, advised captain and captain made an idle power full speed brake, maximum rate descent to FL240. ATC did not say anything concerning our missing the crossing restr and we did not volunteer our error to them. Remainder of arrival went uneventful. Supplemental information from acn 425930: as so, I back the pilots up on all altitudes, but had no idea (situational awareness) on this crossing restr. Contributing factors: fatigue due to long duty period. Inattn to details in tuning/identing VOR. SID very hard to read (too busy). No charts for so to back up others. Supplemental information from acn 426254: at this point we were 18 DME from eno and 4 DME past ridgy at FL330. I then made a maximum effort descent to FL240. We were on the first day of a 5 day trip and on our 3RD leg of a 4 leg pairing which started at PM30 the night before. We were all fatigued and trying to do our jobs as night express freighters -- but that is the way we feel every night.
