Narrative:

Location: 10 mi east of hry. We were cleared to 3000 ft and told that the F15 had us in sight. They were cleared to FL200 and they began their climb. We responded to an RA and climbed at 2000 FPM. The first officer said that he saw the F15 and it was less than 1000 ft from us! A passenger also saw the F15. When I called ATC from the terminal, the person that I talked to said that he thought that there might have been some hot-dogging going on on the part of the fighters.
