Narrative:

Tire deflation/aborted takeoff. Frequency 118.07, madrid tower. Once takeoff power was set, prv bleed EICAS message and overhead bleed light came on. Takeoff was aborted on or about 65 KTS. Captain applied minimal brakes and cleared the runway onto the taxiway. Here we reviewed both red and gray aircraft manuals for prv bleed message and brake temperatures. With review complete, the captain did a high power runup on runway 36L. Pre-bleed EICAS message and light once again came on. On taxi back to ramp from runway 36L, the follow-me car had the captain stop. Reason for the stop just short of the ramp was that a tire had deflated.
