Narrative:

Due to confusion of type of flight on dec/xa/98, check ride and IOE part 91 and part 121 exceeded far 135.265(D). Part 121 flight was scheduled, but pilot was not at the time and filled in for another crew member immediately after completing check ride. Accepted 7 consecutive days of flight schedule. The situation was brought to my attention by employer after a review of flight records.

Title: ACR SD360 FO FLEW AN UNSCHEDULED FLT AFTER COMPLETING A CHK FLT. HE EXCEEDED THE DUTY TIME LIMITS BY FLYING 7 DAYS IN A ROW.

Narrative: DUE TO CONFUSION OF TYPE OF FLT ON DEC/XA/98, CHK RIDE AND IOE PART 91 AND PART 121 EXCEEDED FAR 135.265(D). PART 121 FLT WAS SCHEDULED, BUT PLT WAS NOT AT THE TIME AND FILLED IN FOR ANOTHER CREW MEMBER IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETING CHK RIDE. ACCEPTED 7 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OF FLT SCHEDULE. THE SIT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTN BY EMPLOYER AFTER A REVIEW OF FLT RECORDS.
