Diversion. At approximately XA20 flight attendant called advising passenger was unable to move left arm. Had history of stroke in june or july of this yr. Paged physician, none available. Called cpr medical and doctor advised land immediately. Turned direct orf after declaring an emergency. Received clearance to orf from new york and commercial radio landed orf at 309700 pounds at XB09Z. Paramedics removed passenger and granddaughter.
