Narrative:
My aircraft was #1 on a visual approach to runway 17C at dfw, just inside jiffy we had a TCASII RA with an aircraft on the right side. Vertical separation was zero. The #2 aircraft broke right and tower told us the aircraft was a stray from the west side that had been cleared for a visual approach to runway 18R not runway 17R. Evasive action was taken.
