Narrative:

Location: intercepting final approach ILS runway 31L jfk. I had a frequency of 111.35 for ILS runway 31L set and idented instead of the proper frequency of 111.5 for the ILS runway 31R. We were intercepting the ILS 31L when I noticed the FMC course line for the ILS runway 31R not agreeing with the localizer course. We were correcting the error and ATC also noticed the error and gave us a heading to correct so to intercept the ILS runway 31R course. I believe there was no conflict with any traffic. I must be more careful in what I do. Think just a little longer before completing a task.
