Narrative:

I was aware of the restr area and attempting to get back on a 090 degree radial from hagerstown to remain clear. I didn't realize I was as close as I was. Had I, I would have made a bigger course correction. I was going to practice the ILS to runway 27 and was cleared to do so by hagerstown tower when they gave me the phone number to call at center. The crosswind was greater than I thought and kept blowing me to the southeast. I am sorry for the intrusion. I will, in the future, pay closer attention to the map and actual radials.
