Flight attendant report regarding a hostile passenger who became extremely upset because a meal he ordered was not aboard the aircraft. Captain returned to the gate and passenger was removed.

Narrative:
Special meal was not catered. When flight attendant informed passenger, passenger responded with profane language and hostility. Flight attendant notified me, I notified the captain before going to passenger to attempt to diffuse the situation. Passenger continued to act hostile and aggressive. When I notified captain passenger behavior did not improve, it was determined we would return to the gate where passenger would be removed from flight.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT REGARDING A HOSTILE PAX WHO BECAME EXTREMELY UPSET BECAUSE A MEAL HE ORDERED WAS NOT ABOARD THE ACFT. CAPT RETURNED TO THE GATE AND PAX WAS REMOVED.
Narrative: SPECIAL MEAL WAS NOT CATERED. WHEN FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED PAX, PAX RESPONDED WITH PROFANE LANGUAGE AND HOSTILITY. FLT ATTENDANT NOTIFIED ME, I NOTIFIED THE CAPT BEFORE GOING TO PAX TO ATTEMPT TO DIFFUSE THE SIT. PAX CONTINUED TO ACT HOSTILE AND AGGRESSIVE. WHEN I NOTIFIED CAPT PAX BEHAVIOR DID NOT IMPROVE, IT WAS DETERMINED WE WOULD RETURN TO THE GATE WHERE PAX WOULD BE REMOVED FROM FLT.
