Narrative:

Air carrier cargo crew scheduling, schedules flight crew members to fly during erratic sleep cycles. Due to delays, flight abcd hkg-anc was scheduled to be operated out of hkg in the late evening. After being awake all day, this flight was accomplished for a duty (including wake-up time) of 34 hours 15 mins. After reaching anc due to my inability not to attain proper rest, I refused the subsequent flight (anc- ord-jfk) at AM30Z show nov/xa/98 due fatigue. Scheduling/chief pilot tried to coerce me into taking this flight. In the future, I will not fly long duty days due to safety, health reasons.
