Narrative:

I was giving a line check to a new captain with an FAA operations inspector in the jump seat. En route, the inspector checked the paperwork for the flight and found that although the weight and balance form had his name on it, I had somehow managed to omit his weight from the calculations. No limits were exceeded, but under other circumstances, this error could have been significant.
