Narrative:

As I was approaching last rows with beverage cart during the meal service, aircraft started to bounce around in turbulence. I ended up burning my left side, thigh, leg, and part of my left hand, trying to keep balance and keeping beverage cart from turning over on me. As I was putting it at an angle, it turned over slightly and aft divider (partition) held it 1/2 way, but it already had pulled my right arm since I was holding the cart in right hand and trying to hold myself with my left hand. Then, another bit of turbulence occurred and I was pushed against jump seat in the aft and hurt my lower back, which hit the metal edge. At this time, I only stood there, numb. I was, at this point, hurting from my neck all the way down on my back.
