Narrative:

As we delivered first class meal trays from cart in aisle, we added hot soup to the already full tray containing entree, salad, bread plate, wine glass and napkin with utensils. I had added soup to tray in cart and was preparing to place it on passenger tray table when my cart partner slid the soup rack back into cart, thereby accidentally brushing against some part of my tray, sending it crashing to floor atop my feet. Soup was very hot, spilled into the inner sides of both my shoes, and burned the insteps and ankles of both feet. Suggestions: stop serving hot soup onboard aircraft.
