Fluid leak written up. Contract maintenance signed off logbook as 'inspected, unable to determine source of leak. Technical services notified for a follow-up.' no corrective action was taken or documented. Aircraft flew to destination and was taken OTS for a hydraulic leak. Maintenance repaired line and svced hydraulics.
