Narrative:

A revision was made to our aircraft operating manual, but no revision was sent to dispatch. The revision changed the maximum altitude from FL370 to FL360. For a change of a basic operating rule like this, we need to be personally notified, as well as the manual revision. Over the last months, I have filed many flts at FL370, most notably the dlh-ord flts.

Title: A COMMERCIAL FIXED WING MDT FLEET WAS DISPATCHED WITH IMPROPER FLT PLANS CAUSED BY NO REVISION ENTERED IN THE DISPATCH MANUAL AND NO VERBAL NOTIFICATION.

Narrative: A REVISION WAS MADE TO OUR ACFT OPERATING MANUAL, BUT NO REVISION WAS SENT TO DISPATCH. THE REVISION CHANGED THE MAX ALT FROM FL370 TO FL360. FOR A CHANGE OF A BASIC OPERATING RULE LIKE THIS, WE NEED TO BE PERSONALLY NOTIFIED, AS WELL AS THE MANUAL REVISION. OVER THE LAST MONTHS, I HAVE FILED MANY FLTS AT FL370, MOST NOTABLY THE DLH-ORD FLTS.
