Narrative:

Came on duty at XA00. By now rather fatigued, we were landing at travis AFB. The captain (PF) was familiar with this airport. I asked him if he was sure which runway we were cleared to land on. He said yes, runway 21L. The runways are staggered by their entire length. Since there was no traffic and parking would suggest runway 21L, I unfortunately didn't confirm it. Between runway confign, fatigue and being unfamiliar with the airport, I should have confirmed the runway.

Title: AN ACR CREW MISTOOK THE DISPLACED PARALLEL RWY FOR THE LNDG RWY AND LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: CAME ON DUTY AT XA00. BY NOW RATHER FATIGUED, WE WERE LNDG AT TRAVIS AFB. THE CAPT (PF) WAS FAMILIAR WITH THIS ARPT. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS SURE WHICH RWY WE WERE CLRED TO LAND ON. HE SAID YES, RWY 21L. THE RWYS ARE STAGGERED BY THEIR ENTIRE LENGTH. SINCE THERE WAS NO TFC AND PARKING WOULD SUGGEST RWY 21L, I UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T CONFIRM IT. BTWN RWY CONFIGN, FATIGUE AND BEING UNFAMILIAR WITH THE ARPT, I SHOULD HAVE CONFIRMED THE RWY.
