First officer inadvertently drifted 1 DOT off course before being called by ATC approach control. Correction was immediate. Supplemental information from acn 414830: we were inbound on the 308 degree radial at 25 mi when controller gave us instructions and change of runway. We were directed to turn left at 11 DME for a heading of 090 degrees.
