Narrative:

Departed unv on IFR flight plan to N67 ATC cleared me to 9000 ft flight planned route. During final segments of route, I should have been handed to phl approach -- was not. Upon reaching bunts intersection, I called ZNY. They asked for identify. I pressed the identify on my transponder, only to find the code to be 1200 not XXXX. Reset proper code in #2 transponder. Handed to phl approach. No further problems.
