Narrative:

I was informed my 2R jump seat was inoperative. Agent blocked xx. Passenger refused to move to reassigned yy. Xx appeared strong, healthy and capable to be placed in exit row at this time. Contact captain -- no support at all. 'Flight attendant situation somewhere else!' full flight, yy only available. Passenger finally moved for takeoff only. Captain 'promised' no turbulence tonight between bos and lax -- no need to have jump seat available for me (definite safety issue). Upon preparation for landing xx declared himself immobile -- paralyzed he said -- could not move. I sat in xy's seat but was uncomfortable beside him (xx) as he was a large (muscular) man -- seemed to be in a trance with clear grease smeared on lips and face. Police and company personnel were summoned on landing. Passenger xx demanded aisle chair and wheelchair -- screamed in pain when approached by police. Passenger around him informed us xx had stolen liquor minis from cart at 2R during flight. Police emptied his knapsack -- 30 or so minis fell out, prescription drugs such as prozac also. This man endangered the passenger around him and the flight attendants from performing emergency duties, if had been needed. It was obvious his intent was to steal. Medics examined him -- he was fine! 'Threw' himself from wheelchair twice on jetbridge, claiming he was pushed and would sue. This man was 'unsafe' to be around let alone in an 'exit row!'
