At approximately XA56Z at FL350 100 mi south of grann intersection, received a TA followed by an RA 'climb.' responded to RA, visually acquired other aircraft at same altitude, moving right to left. After 'clear of conflict' returned to FL350. Maximum deviation 500 ft. Distance between aircraft 5-10 mi. Course was proceeding direct to grann intersection as instructed by ATC. This event happened in uncontrolled airspace over the atlantic.
