Narrative:

Flight xx B737-300. Received aircraft with low brake pressure write-up. Maintenance fixed the problem, signed off logbook, which I witnessed and said logbook was clear. Took off for atl. Upon leveloff, picked up logbook to fill out. Lifted divider and noticed another write-up open -- hydraulic quantity inoperative. It had worked fine the entire trip. Notified maintenance and no record of write-up. Figured it was entered in error and so noted. Explained to following crew and left it at that. Should have gone through complete logbook and not took the word of the technician on signoff.
