Narrative:

While descending to a satellite airport (pdx) I was assigned radar vectors. Controller brought to my attention that should be at 200 KTS or less. I instantly acknowledged n-number and slowed below 200 KTS. I had just been following a STAR before receiving radar vector. Monitoring class B airspace is difficult with such a broken pattern in atlanta. Also there are no aids or notes published on the STAR.
