Narrative:

FSS reported 1900 ft scattered to broken clouds at phl. I departed N67 for teb. There was no ceiling at teb. I became fixated on climbing through the cloud layer VFR. I didn't realize I had climbed into class B airspace. I contacted phl approach control on 123.8 for flight following. ATC advised me of the mistake. I have been flying from N67 since 1983 and this is the first time it has happened.
