Lightning strikes to a fokker 100, FK10, during descent and approach caused failure of the aircraft stabilizer trim, yaw damper, rudder trim system and the autoplt. The flight crew landed safely and were met by emergency ground personnel and vehicles.

Narrative:
IMC and moderate rain. We were struck twice on left side of aircraft by lightning. Lost stabilizer trim #1 and #2, yaw damper #1 and #2 and rudder #1 and #2 and autoplt. Landed mke with no incident. Tower notified fire/rescue to meet aircraft.
