Narrative:

During start of 2ND engine, single engine aircraft taxied behind us. Single engine pilot became irate, jumped out of his aircraft and prevented us from taxiing by getting in front of our learjet and pounding on our windshield with his fist until we shut down. No damage to either aircraft occurred. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: according to the reporter, the single engine pilot taxied behind their LR24 when 1 engine was running and encountered jet blast to him and the adjacent hangar area in which he and the learjet are hangared. The single engine pilot stopped his aircraft, got out and ran over to the learjet and pounded on the windshield until the learjet flight crew shut down the engines. The other pilot then acted in an irate manner until he was satisfied that the learjet crew understood his complaint. There was no damage to his aircraft or the windshield of the learjet.
