Aircraft XXX, inbound trip XXX. Pilot reported system #1 hydraulic failure. Reference PIREP #yy. The aircraft landed at ZZZ and was towed to the gate. Upon checking the #2 engine (r-hand) thrust reverser, it was found that the quick disconnect had failed. Reference PIREP #yy.

Title: FK10 LANDED WITH HYD FAILURE. LNDG WAS UNEVENTFUL. LEAK FOUND IN THE #2 ENG THRUST REVERSER QUICK DISCONNECT FITTING.
Narrative: ACFT XXX, INBOUND TRIP XXX. PLT RPTED SYS #1 HYD FAILURE. REF PIREP #YY. THE ACFT LANDED AT ZZZ AND WAS TOWED TO THE GATE. UPON CHKING THE #2 ENG (R-HAND) THRUST REVERSER, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE QUICK DISCONNECT HAD FAILED. REF PIREP #YY.
