Narrative:
On may/xx/98 I performed a rig and trim on aircraft xyz in accordance with maintenance manual work card xxyy. I received a notice of investigation from the FAA because I, in error, failed to write the parameter for the anti-surge bleeds, approach idle, and the takeoff N2 speed. I completed the rig and trim as stated in the logbook and fmr.

Narrative: ON MAY/XX/98 I PERFORMED A RIG AND TRIM ON ACFT XYZ IN ACCORDANCE WITH MAINT MANUAL WORK CARD XXYY. I RECEIVED A NOTICE OF INVESTIGATION FROM THE FAA BECAUSE I, IN ERROR, FAILED TO WRITE THE PARAMETER FOR THE ANTI-SURGE BLEEDS, APCH IDLE, AND THE TKOF N2 SPD.
