Narrative:
On approach to runway 18L (ILS) at memphis, we had a navigation display error. Raw data appeared normal, although approach control said that they had a problem with the localizer on the previous day. Could the several towers (over 1000 ft tall) east and northeast of memphis which we were vectored over contribute to a navigation error? Any microwave towers?
