Narrative:

Brake failure right pedal pilot's side only. Failed on taxi due to hydraulic hose leak. Plane took a left turn into grass on braking. Missed runway end light by 2 ft, propeller missed light barely, shut down engine as plane went off to prevent damage to propeller and engine. Pushed plane back to taxiway, tested copilot side brakes, ok. Continued flight back to sav. No damage. Uneventful after takeoff till on approach at sav, reset landing light circuit breaker, landing lights operational. Grounded aircraft for maintenance.

Narrative: BRAKE FAILURE R PEDAL PLT'S SIDE ONLY. FAILED ON TAXI DUE TO HYD HOSE LEAK. PLANE TOOK A L TURN INTO GRASS ON BRAKING. MISSED RWY END LIGHT BY 2 FT, PROP MISSED LIGHT BARELY, SHUT DOWN ENG AS PLANE WENT OFF TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO PROP AND ENG. PUSHED PLANE BACK TO TXWY, TESTED COPLT SIDE BRAKES, OK.
