Narrative:

Aircraft deviating around WX. Aircraft informed that current heading would penetrate W105C which was hot. ZBW cape, the overlying facility, would not give a pointout as the airspace was released to giant killer. My supervisor could not get satisfaction when he tried to talk to ZBW, cape supervisor. Aircraft penetrated W105. ZBW later called to say approval was received from giant killer and then wondered why we didn't call them ourselves. We told them we don't have a line.

Title: TRACON CTLR, WITH ASSISTANCE OF SUPVR, UNABLE TO EFFECT TIMELY COORD WITH MIL FACILITY, THROUGH ARTCC, FOR RESTR AIRSPACE PENETRATION OF ACR. ONLY AFTER ACFT IS WITHIN RESTR AIRSPACE IS COORD CONFIRMED. ACR REQUIRED TO DEVIATE DUE TO WX.

Narrative: ACFT DEVIATING AROUND WX. ACFT INFORMED THAT CURRENT HEADING WOULD PENETRATE W105C WHICH WAS HOT. ZBW CAPE, THE OVERLYING FACILITY, WOULD NOT GIVE A POINTOUT AS THE AIRSPACE WAS RELEASED TO GIANT KILLER. MY SUPVR COULD NOT GET SATISFACTION WHEN HE TRIED TO TALK TO ZBW, CAPE SUPVR. ACFT PENETRATED W105. ZBW LATER CALLED TO SAY APPROVAL WAS RECEIVED FROM GIANT KILLER AND THEN WONDERED WHY WE DIDN'T CALL THEM OURSELVES. WE TOLD THEM WE DON'T HAVE A LINE.
