Narrative:
After landing on runway 10, I exited on taxiway 29 (a 'reverse high speed'). Upon contacting ground control, we were advised that exiting a 'reverse high speed' is a prohibited maneuver. We apologized and continued to our ramp, with no further communication. After the fact, I found a note on the taxi diagram 9-C that specifies which txwys are acceptable for runway 10. There were no delays of other traffic of any other incidents. I had not flown into cdg in over 2 yrs. The first officer had never been there. While planning the approach, I looked at the taxi diagram but missed the note about mandatory exit procedures. Departing a runway on a reverse high speed is not a difficult or unusual maneuver, but is not acceptable at that airport. In the note about 'mandatory exit procedures': in addition to acceptable taxiway numbers, maybe a 'no reverse high speeds' note might help.

Title: CAPT OF A WDB TAXIED OFF THE LNDG RWY ON A REVERSE HIGH SPD AT CDG, RESULTING IN TWR GND CTLR ADVISING THAT THIS WAS PROHIBITED. SUBSEQUENT REVIEW OF THE ARPT DIAGRAM HAD A NOTE TO THIS EFFECT.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG ON RWY 10, I EXITED ON TXWY 29 (A 'REVERSE HIGH SPD'). UPON CONTACTING GND CTL, WE WERE ADVISED THAT EXITING A 'REVERSE HIGH SPD' IS A PROHIBITED MANEUVER. WE APOLOGIZED AND CONTINUED TO OUR RAMP, WITH NO FURTHER COM. AFTER THE FACT, I FOUND A NOTE ON THE TAXI DIAGRAM 9-C THAT SPECIFIES WHICH TXWYS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR RWY 10. THERE WERE NO DELAYS OF OTHER TFC OF ANY OTHER INCIDENTS. I HAD NOT FLOWN INTO CDG IN OVER 2 YRS. THE FO HAD NEVER BEEN THERE. WHILE PLANNING THE APCH, I LOOKED AT THE TAXI DIAGRAM BUT MISSED THE NOTE ABOUT MANDATORY EXIT PROCS. DEPARTING A RWY ON A REVERSE HIGH SPD IS NOT A DIFFICULT OR UNUSUAL MANEUVER, BUT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT THAT ARPT. IN THE NOTE ABOUT 'MANDATORY EXIT PROCS': IN ADDITION TO ACCEPTABLE TXWY NUMBERS, MAYBE A 'NO REVERSE HIGH SPDS' NOTE MIGHT HELP.
