Narrative:
During climb out, while complying with additional clrncs (laxx 2 departure SID), delayed left turn to 220 degree heading. Do not believe there was any conflict. ATC issued a turn to 180 degrees at 2 mi beyond the 160 degree radial. Captain PNF, copilot PF. Early morning for me. Supplemental information from acn 403641: ATC wanted 250 KTS right after takeoff which is nonstandard. Delayed left turn to 220 degree heading.
