I was too busy to be working all of the aircraft I had with a non radar rated supervisor as a d-ctlr. Air carrier #1 got too close to air carrier #2 who had been shut off at FL310 due to a tmu initiative.

Title: CTLR CLAIMS OPERROR CAUSED BECAUSE HIS D CTLR WAS A NON RADAR RATED SUPVR AND A TMU DECISION ON ALTS.
Narrative: I WAS TOO BUSY TO BE WORKING ALL OF THE ACFT I HAD WITH A NON RADAR RATED SUPVR AS A D-CTLR. ACR #1 GOT TOO CLOSE TO ACR #2 WHO HAD BEEN SHUT OFF AT FL310 DUE TO A TMU INITIATIVE.
