Narrative:

After arriving at the gate, a passenger had a complaint about the aircraft's PA system. She said to me that she could not hear our announcements at all. She felt that the flight had not been operated safely because her inability to hear our announcements was a safety hazard. I thanked her for her concern and apologized for the poor sound quality. Our flight was 4 hours late because of our inability to depart because of visibility. I honestly feel that some people will do whatever they can to get people in trouble because of their frustrations. At no time was our flight unsafe.
