Narrative:
Flight number xyz departed from syr runway 10 at approximately XA10. At approximately 200 ft AGL after takeoff, we heard a loud bang followed by the aircraft vibrating violently. At 400 ft AGL we noted part of a propeller blade had separated from the left engine. We secured the left engine, declared an emergency, briefed the passenger and landed uneventfully on runway 14.
