Narrative:
Upon receiving clearance for flight stl-pit, SID was changed effective apr/xa/98 from gateway 2 to gateway 3. We had not received revision with change of SID, so we asked for a full route clearance. Clearance would not issue us a full route clearance. Finally we had our company facsimile us a copy of the gateway 3.

Narrative: UPON RECEIVING CLRNC FOR FLT STL-PIT, SID WAS CHANGED EFFECTIVE APR/XA/98 FROM GATEWAY 2 TO GATEWAY 3. WE HAD NOT RECEIVED REVISION WITH CHANGE OF SID, SO WE ASKED FOR A FULL RTE CLRNC. CLRNC WOULD NOT ISSUE US A FULL RTE CLRNC. FINALLY WE HAD OUR COMPANY FAX US A COPY OF THE GATEWAY 3.
