Narrative:
During WX diversion from ric to gso, given climb clearance to FL190. Low pressure in area due to severe WX with altimeter settings approximately 29.50. As aircraft passed through FL180, with a very busy flight deck, PF forgot to set 29.92 in altimeter setting. Consequently, aircraft leveled off at approximately FL193 instead of FL190. Aircraft remained at the altitude for approximately 2-3 mins until error was discovered and aircraft subsequently descended to FL190.

Narrative: DURING WX DIVERSION FROM RIC TO GSO, GIVEN CLB CLRNC TO FL190. LOW PRESSURE IN AREA DUE TO SEVERE WX WITH ALTIMETER SETTINGS APPROX 29.50. AS ACFT PASSED THROUGH FL180, WITH A VERY BUSY FLT DECK, PF FORGOT TO SET 29.92 IN ALTIMETER SETTING. CONSEQUENTLY, ACFT LEVELED OFF AT APPROX FL193 INSTEAD OF FL190. ACFT REMAINED AT THE ALT FOR APPROX 2-3 MINS UNTIL ERROR WAS DISCOVERED AND ACFT SUBSEQUENTLY DSNDED TO FL190.
