Narrative:

Ground cleared our flight to taxi to deice pad at runway threshold. During taxi in poor visibility, I saw a taxi light at approximately the 2:30 O'clock position and immediately took evasive action. Other aircraft asked ground control if they were cleared to runway threshold, and told yes. We then confirmed our clearance to the deice pad, and ground agreed. Flight proceeded normally after this occurrence.

Title: A TAXIING SF340 NARROWLY MISSES ANOTHER ACFT AS ITS LNDG LIGHT APPEARS IN THE FOG, SNOW AND RAIN.

Narrative: GND CLRED OUR FLT TO TAXI TO DEICE PAD AT RWY THRESHOLD. DURING TAXI IN POOR VISIBILITY, I SAW A TAXI LIGHT AT APPROX THE 2:30 O'CLOCK POS AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK EVASIVE ACTION. OTHER ACFT ASKED GND CTL IF THEY WERE CLRED TO RWY THRESHOLD, AND TOLD YES. WE THEN CONFIRMED OUR CLRNC TO THE DEICE PAD, AND GND AGREED. FLT PROCEEDED NORMALLY AFTER THIS OCCURRENCE.
