Narrative:

While taxiing out, ramp was slick with 5 inches of snow and blowing snow, visibility was poor and a construction trailer had been placed behind a fence our wingtip usually clears. As we turned, the aircraft started to slide, even with the brakes applied, and the wingtip hit the roof of the trailer. I believe the slick ramp and the new trailer were the cause of the problem. The trailer should have been further behind the fence instead of right next to it and the ramp should have been plowed.
