Narrative:

Descending from 12000 ft to 11000 ft we received a traffic alert advisory on TCASII. The target did not have an altitude readout. While we were focused on finding the traffic we descended past our altitude. When the altitude alert sounded the focus was drawn back inside. We'd descended to 10600 ft before correcting back to our assigned altitude of 11000 ft. No conflict was evident and nothing was said by denver approach.
