On the date and times listed, there was a confusing situation that arose from a key west (military) controller and the tower (key west international) operator which leads me to believe a better system of communication needs to exist between the two!

Title: RPTED SIT OF APPARENT MISCOM BTWN THE APCH AND TWR FACILITIES INVOLVING RPTR.
Narrative: ON THE DATE AND TIMES LISTED, THERE WAS A CONFUSING SIT THAT AROSE FROM A KEY WEST (MIL) CTLR AND THE TWR (KEY WEST INTL) OPERATOR WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE A BETTER SYS OF COM NEEDS TO EXIST BTWN THE TWO!
