Narrative:

On jan/xx/98, aircraft xyz was pulling to left. I found #2 brake dragging. I replaced wheel and brake assembly per air carrier paperwork. The next shift found the right steering actuator by-passing. 3 days later, the aircraft returned and the mechanic found #2 wheel loose on axle. Replaced wheel ok for service. To my knowledge it is still under investigation. There has been many problems of the F100 main wheels being loose on axle.
