Narrative:
Had an intermittent rudder boost light problem. I gave the airplane to captain (PNF) to check breakers. He distracted himself trying to stop dutch roll. Managed to get airplane from assigned FL390 to FL395. I called this out. We went back to altitude.

Title: FLC OF BE400A HAS INTERMITTENT RUDDER BOOST LIGHT ACTIVATE. WHILE TRYING TO CHK CIRCUIT BREAKERS CAPT HAS ALTDEV.
Narrative: HAD AN INTERMITTENT RUDDER BOOST LIGHT PROB. I GAVE THE AIRPLANE TO CAPT (PNF) TO CHK BREAKERS. HE DISTRACTED HIMSELF TRYING TO STOP DUTCH ROLL. MANAGED TO GET AIRPLANE FROM ASSIGNED FL390 TO FL395. I CALLED THIS OUT. WE WENT BACK TO ALT.
