Narrative:

Initial climb clearance after takeoff was to 5000 ft. While visually scanning for traffic PF flew slightly above 5000 ft reaching 5280 ft on first officer's altimeter and 5300 ft on captain's altimeter. While returning to 5000 ft departure control called and asked us to maintain 5000 ft.
