Narrative:
At approximately XX15 local, jan/xa/98, the N90 TRACON, ewr sector's mugzy controller experienced an fdad radar display problem which required him to move to a different scope. This controller had to reconfigure his position to 3 different scopes and switch his operational frequency (communication) 4 times within a 30 min period.

Narrative: AT APPROX XX15 LCL, JAN/XA/98, THE N90 TRACON, EWR SECTOR'S MUGZY CTLR EXPERIENCED AN FDAD RADAR DISPLAY PROB WHICH REQUIRED HIM TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT SCOPE. THIS CTLR HAD TO RECONFIGURE HIS POS TO 3 DIFFERENT SCOPES AND SWITCH HIS OPERATIONAL FREQ (COM) 4 TIMES WITHIN A 30 MIN PERIOD.
