Narrative:

HB767 flying 4000N/5500W 3600N/6000W was at FL340. HB747 flying 3906N/5500W 3900N/6000W was at FL330 and controller climbed flight to FL340 without seeing traffic. Controller then got up for a break, didn't say anything during briefing. I sat down and within mins the odaps controller advised me of the situation. I immediately climbed the B767 to FL350. The odaps controller would have seen it earlier but 5 data blocks were all in the same location, and due to scale limitations the o-man didn't see it. If o-pos had been split out the scale could've been increased to eliminate data block overlap.

Narrative: HB767 FLYING 4000N/5500W 3600N/6000W WAS AT FL340. HB747 FLYING 3906N/5500W 3900N/6000W WAS AT FL330 AND CTLR CLBED FLT TO FL340 WITHOUT SEEING TFC. CTLR THEN GOT UP FOR A BREAK, DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING DURING BRIEFING. I SAT DOWN AND WITHIN MINS THE ODAPS CTLR ADVISED ME OF THE SIT. I IMMEDIATELY CLBED THE B767 TO FL350. THE ODAPS CTLR WOULD HAVE SEEN IT EARLIER BUT 5 DATA BLOCKS WERE ALL IN THE SAME LOCATION, AND DUE TO SCALE LIMITATIONS THE O-MAN DIDN'T SEE IT. IF O-POS HAD BEEN SPLIT OUT THE SCALE COULD'VE BEEN INCREASED TO ELIMINATE DATA BLOCK OVERLAP.
