Narrative:
We were on taxiway B, abeam taxiway A20 with our brakes parked waiting for some traffic to pass on taxiway a when a ZZZ airport tow truck ran into our right wingtip. Additionally, after the tow truck guy got out of his truck, the tow truck began rolling, without him in it, and went all the way around our aircraft and hit an airport authority/authorized vehicle who had arrived on the scene.

Title: A FOKKER 100 WHILE ON A TXWY HOLD WAS STRUCK BY AN ARPT TOW TRUCK INCURRING DAMAGE TO THE R WINGTIP.
Narrative: WE WERE ON TXWY B, ABEAM TXWY A20 WITH OUR BRAKES PARKED WAITING FOR SOME TFC TO PASS ON TXWY A WHEN A ZZZ ARPT TOW TRUCK RAN INTO OUR R WINGTIP. ADDITIONALLY, AFTER THE TOW TRUCK GUY GOT OUT OF HIS TRUCK, THE TOW TRUCK BEGAN ROLLING, WITHOUT HIM IN IT, AND WENT ALL THE WAY AROUND OUR ACFT AND HIT AN ARPT AUTH VEHICLE WHO HAD ARRIVED ON THE SCENE.
